And once we’ve got the go-ahead from you, we’ll take an in-depth look at you and your business’ financial situation and goals.

As soon as we have all the details we need from you, we’ll take care of the nitty gritty to create a summary proposal. We’ll take your information to our panel of lenders to source the most competitive solution based on your unique situation and requirements. Of course price is important, but we’ll also take into account your individual preferences and your business’s goals and needs.

After handling any further negotiation on your behalf, we’ll hear back from interested lenders with indicative approvals based on their proposed terms. If we have multiple solutions that we think might work for your business, we’ll present them to you along with our recommendation.

Once you’re happy with what we’re suggesting, we’ll submit your final application to your chosen lender. During the progression of the loan journey, we might need to get a few pieces of additional paperwork from you. From initial kick off all the way to the date of loan application completion, TrustTree will be on the phones, emails and Zooms to make sure everything is smooth sailing.

Once the final approval comes through and you give us the green light, we’ll arrange a time to sign any issued documents with you and answer any additional questions you might have. We’ll then work hand in hand with your solicitors and any other relevant parties to ensure a prompt and smooth settlement.
